Kentico

Kentico combines content management, digital marketing and commerce into one seamless platform. Luminary has been a Kentico Gold Partner since 2008.

Luminary has the largest and most experienced Kentico development team in Australia – led by our Kentico MVP, Andy Thompson, who is the only MVP in the Asia Pacific region.

Luminary has held Kentico Gold partner status (the highest tier attainable) since 2008 and we've built more than 300 websites on the platform. Our experienced Kentico development team is led by Andy Thompson, the only Kentico MVP (Most Valuable Professional) in the Asia Pacific region. We also have one of the largest teams of Kentico developers worldwide and have produced Smarter Digital Marketing, a Kentico-endorsed guide to the platform.

This wealth of experience has meant that we've come across almost every challenging component of Kentico, we've worked with almost every module, and we've developed a unique process for Kentico development that you won't find anywhere else.

Our experience with Kentico encompasses a wide range of industries, including education, charities and NFPs, financial services, property and construction, tourism and hospitality, government, e-commerce, health, manufacturing and professional services.

As well as development, we also offer discovery, digital strategy, design, UX, content, SEO and analytics services for Kentico websites.

Our certified competencies

In addition to the many sites we've developed, we have also been acknowledged with the following competencies.

Quality Expert

Quality Expert is the highest level of certification attainable from Kentico. Luminary was the first agency in the world to have achieved it, and remains one of only two Australian agencies to hold it. The certification is offered exclusively to Gold Partners in recognition of exceptional product knowledge and expertise with the Kentico platform, including best practices in architecture, design and custom coding.

Development & Integration

The Development & Integration competency highlights our experience integrating Kentico with other business systems including CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365, and email marketing systems such as Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor. We've also integrated Kentico with custom product database systems (PIM) and document management systems such as Trim.

Online Marketing

The Online Marketing competency recognises our expertise in delivering websites utilising Kentico’s Online Marketing Solution. Our experience in this area covers Kentico’s full range of enterprise marketing tools, including marketing automation, email marketing, contact management and segmentation, lead scoring, analytics and reporting.

E-commerce

Our team has extensive experience in customising Kentico to meet the e-commerce requirements of our clients. Kentico has recognised this experience by awarding us with the certified E-commerce competency. In addition to implementing complex international and multi-currency e-commerce builds and integrating with Product Information Management systems (PIM), we have also integrated a range of third party payment gateway solutions including SecurePay (Australia Post), eWay, CyberSource, and PayPal.

Intranets

The Kentico Intranet solution provides a compelling alternative to the bloatware that is Microsoft Sharepoint. We have successfully delivered intranets to organisations that are intuitive, easy-to-update and inviting for end users. We have also advised organisations on the strategy and cultural engagement of intranets.

Hosting

As a Kentico agency, Luminary provides stable, reliable and well-supported hosting infrastructure that is compatible with Kentico requirements and backed by the largest hosting provider in Australia. Our hosting services are supported by a dedicated technical team who are on call after hours to ensure around-the-clock coverage.
