Thom leads our design practice, and is responsible for the quality and output of visual design at Luminary.

Thom's mission is to elevate the experience of our clients and their users with beautiful and meaningful design. Thom has held a range of design roles, including Design Practice Lead in an agency environment. His areas of expertise include human-centred design, user interface design, design systems and graphic design. His career highlights to date include delivering digital transformations for Australian Red Cross (Lifeblood) and Swinburne University. In his spare time, Thom enjoys baking bread, running, ceramics, Kung Fu and Lego.
