Matt uses UX research to uncover the way users think, behave and interact with the physical and digital world.

As a UX researcher, Matt's role is to act as a conduit to shape other people’s needs, whether it be the user, client or other members of the team in products, services and anything else in between. Matt specialises in Human Centred Design (HCD), from open ended research to ideation, prototyping and testing. His career highlights to date include re-designing the Australian Red Cross Lifeblood website and conducting foundational behavioural archetype and journeys research for Beyond Blue. Outside of work, he enjoys reading fiction, critical theory and philosophy.
