Mark oversees the digital strategy for major digital experience projects.

Mark is responsible for ensuring that we are focused on solving the right problems and that our insights are based on deep analytical and customer research. He has expertise in digital transformation, digital communications strategy, user experience and social media marketing.

In previous roles he has led major accounts including Microsoft, Hyundai and Rip Curl. His career highlight to date was being awarded three Cannes Lions for the Rip Curl Search GPS Watch and App.

Outside of work, Mark has co-authored a comprehensive research study on Australian Millennial attitudes and behaviours – The Australian Millennial Report. In his spare time he enjoys surfing, camping trips and the occasional game of tennis.
