Josh leads our UX practice, building a deep understanding of our clients' needs through human-centred design.

Josh is a specialist in human-centred design, uplifting our UX capability and ensuring our clients are also uplifted by their experience with us. Josh has deep expertise in design and UX, encompassing research, usability, design strategy, information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping. His interests outside of work include learning Japanese, craft beer, trail walking and snowboarding.
