Luminary achieves Optimizely Platinum Partner status

We are proud to announce that we have been recognised as a Platinum Partner of Optimizely! This achievement places us among just five agencies in Australia to hold Platinum Partner status, the highest level of partnership currently awarded in the region.

It's a milestone reflects years of commitment to delivering innovative, high-impact digital experiences for our clients, as well as a deep investment in building expertise across the Optimizely product suite.

What Platinum Partner status means

Optimizely’s Platinum designation is reserved for agencies with exceptional capability in implementing and optimising its DXP solutions. To achieve this recognition, we successfully completed a rigorous certification process, including education, training and the appointment of more than 10 Optimizely Certified Professionals within our team.

Platinum Partners are recognised not only for technical proficiency but also for their track record in designing, delivering, and scaling transformative digital experiences. For us, the accreditation is both an endorsement of our expertise and a reaffirmation of our commitment to clients who entrust us with their most critical digital platforms.

A growing partnership

Our relationship with Optimizely began in 2019 and has grown significantly in the years since. Along the way, we have celebrated numerous shared successes, including being named Optimizely’s ANZ Solution Partner of the Year in both 2022 and 2023, and ANZ Optimizely One Partner of the Year in 2024!

Earlier this year, we became the first agency in the Asia-Pacific region to deliver a website built on Optimizely’s SaaS platform, launching a new site for Eftsure, a payment fraud prevention software provider. These achievements highlight the strength and momentum of our partnership and showcase the forward-thinking approach we bring to our work.

Shane Tomlinson, Director of Partnerships for Optimizely in Asia-Pacific and Japan, welcomed the announcement, saying: “Optimizely is thrilled to continue our relationship with Luminary. Looking ahead

Our Platinum Partner status arrives at a pivotal time. In September, we will be sending a contingent to New York for Opticon, Optimizely’s global conference, and in October, we will be a Gold Sponsor at the Optimizely Digital Summit in Sydney.
