Metricon was looking for a tool for home owners to use again and again, referring back to their personalised information over time. It wanted to delight customers and deliver an engaging and consistent user experience across all channels via responsive design.
Using Kentico, Luminary built a site that brought together responsive design, social integration, Google Maps integration and PDF generation integration, while reducing content entry effort with re-usable content entry widgets and allowing customer self-segmentation and tailoring of experience based on region.
To help to make Metricon’s vast range of home designs easy to explore, the new Metricon.com.au features innovative new search function and filtering tools to make finding a new dream home easier than ever before. Refined search features and on site presentation make the process of searching for a home design or a home and land package much richer for customers; display home information is also more in-depth than previously, making it easier for consumers to browse displays. The site includes extensive home information to help customers understand Metricon’s complete range of designs with beautiful image galleries and LookBook styles to inspire.
The new website also includes an informative Home Truths blog and extensive new content that provides customers with all the information they need to understand the building process and the services that Metricon provide.
