Sitecore Competition Terms and Conditions

Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The Promoter is Luminary Digital Pty Ltd, Level 1, 195 Little Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 (ABN 11 126 117 619). 

1. How to enter

  1. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  2. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
  3. To enter, eligible entrants must enter the competition by filling out the competition survey at the Luminary booth of the SUGCON or Sitecore Experience events on 26-28 August 2019.
  4. To be eligible for a prize, the entrant must be a resident of Australia.

3. Timeframe

  1. The competition commences on Monday 26 August 2019 at 8am AEST and concludes on Wednesday 28 August 2019 at 5pm AEST.
  2. Winners will be notified on Monday 2 September via the email address provided in the winning competition entry.
  3. The winners must accept their prize within one week from notification, or a new winner of the unclaimed prize may be determined by the Promoter.

4. Entries

  1. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on individual creative merit.
  2. A person can only enter the competition once.
  3. To participate in the competition, entrants must answer the survey question ‘Why Sitecore?’ and provide a valid contact name and email address.

5. Prizes

  1. The Promoter will award the following prizes:
    1. 1 x Oculus Go virtual reality headset
    2. 1 x free one-hour Sitecore Ignite consultation.
  2. The total prize pool is valued at $599.
  3. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing activities relating to the prize.
  4. The Promoter's decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the promotion result or enforcement and interpretation of these terms and conditions.
  5. The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

6. Intellectual property

  1. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.

8. Privacy

  1. The Promoter collects the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying the winner). 
  2. By entering the competition, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use personal information collected to conduct the promotion, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. 
  3. The Promoter will hold an entrant’s personal information in a secure manner. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.
