Gemma is responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of projects and maintaining client relationships.
Gemma began her career as a Digital Marketing Executive in Belfast, Northern Ireland. She moved to Melbourne in 2015, where she took on a Digital Account Manager role across a wide range of accounts. Prior to joining Luminary, Gemma was working on a number of large projects for clients including the Australian Grand Prix Corporation and Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
Gemma’s areas of expertise include client communications, relationship management, digital strategy, project management and all things web. She views herself as an extension to a client’s team, helping them with understanding their digital goals and objectives and efficiently delivering on them.
Outside of work, she plays social netball and practices yoga regularly. She is obsessed with music and takes curating playlists “very very seriously”.
