UX Designer

Our UX designers seek to deeply understand human needs and problems and create digital experiences that eclipse expectations.

Are you inspired to deliver industry-leading user experience practices? Primarily working within cross-functional discovery and Agile product development teams, the UX designer is responsible for the usability and customer-centricity of our products.

Key responsibilities

  • Creating user surveys and interviews
  • Stakeholder workshops and coordination
  • Usability testing
  • Empathy mapping and persona development
  • Customer Journey Mapping
  • Wireframing and prototyping (Figma or Sketch proficiency)
  • Complex, logic-based prototyping (Axure, Protopie or similar proficiency)
  • Converting customer insight into design opportunities
  • Concept and usability testing
  • Persona development and customer journey mapping
  • Information architecture (cardsorting and testing)

Essential skills & experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Workshop facilitation experience
  • At least 3-5 years experience in user experience design roles
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams 
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude
  • Previous exposure to Agile and waterfall delivery models
  • An ability to work autonomously and take responsibility

  • Product design and lean UX methods
  • Workshops and design thinking expertise
  • Qualitative user research
