Scope of the role

  • Manages a portfolio of multiple agency accounts
  • Builds and sustains strong and long-lasting relationships with client side senior managers
  • Supports the new business process including prospect evaluation, proposals & pitching, and preparation of client contract materials
  • Provides digital marketing strategy services consultation
  • Provides strategic direction and tactical support to cross-functional teams
  • Responsible for the development of agency customer success stories and case studies
  • Accountable for the good standing of new client relationships, ensuring client agreements are mutually understood, executed and actively managed
  • Financial management - including invoicing, forecasting and internal reporting

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 3-5 years account management experience in a digital agency 
  • Strong customer service and support skills
  • Experience in preparing MSAs, SOWs, SLAs and estimates
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude at all times
  • The capability to lead and directly contribute to strategic engagements
  • A sound understanding of UX concepts and methodologies
  • Previous exposure to agile and waterfall delivery models
  • An ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for your accounts
  • A moderate to high degree of technical knowledge (e.g. the difference from one CMS to another, or the confidence to talk through integration requirements)

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Kentico, Episerver, Sitecore or Umbraco
  • Hands on experience with marketing platforms such as Kentico EMS, Epi Campaign, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
