Daniela supports and empowers her teams to deliver meaningful digital experiences for both clients and their customers.

With a Double Major in Film/Television and Photography, Daniela chased her dreams all the way to the UK to become a producer. Fortunately for our industry, her curiosity and geekiness for all things tech and her innate ability to herd cats found her working as a project manager for some big tech companies. Daniela soon found roles that balanced her creative and technological interests and delivered live streams and video content for a variety of clients (e.g. London & New York Fashion Weeks, British Fashion Awards). She also went on to work for major broadcasters (Discovery, ITV and Turner/Warner Bros) delivering web and mobile apps, software implementations and technical re-architecture. 

Fascinated by the human aspect of both digital products and teams, Daniela brings an Agile mindset to her role. Career highlights include delivering the award-winning Queensland Police Services iOS App statewide to 7200+ frontline officers enhancing the way officers access information and respond to domestic violence incidents. Daniela also launched Dynamic Ad Replacement tech along with HD & DRM on ITV's Love Island simulcast channel with its biggest audience to date.

When Daniela is not working you can find her drinking coffee, eating out, going to gigs, binging good TV shows, exercising and being in the outdoors.
