His role involves gaining a deep understanding of a client's requirements, investigating and analysing solutions via research and prototyping, and providing solution direction to technical teams. His particular areas of expertise include solution development, technical consultation and Salesforce integration. His roles prior to joining Luminary have included Technical Lead at Lion, Lecturer at Swinburne Faculty of IT, and Software Developer at Village Roadshow.

Architect, woodworker and filmmaker Frank Howarth, for his innovative use of computer-controlled milling and traditional techniques to generate amazing pieces of art/engineering and sharing the process and his knowledge with others.
When he was 15, Tim's family moved to Brunei where he finished his secondary schooling. The experience marked the beginning of his passion for travel and thinking globally.
