Front End Developer
MAEMgt (Deakin University), BMus (University of Melbourne)
A former Digital Producer, Catherine combines technical acumen with meticulous project management capabilities.
Catherine started her digital career as a project manager, utilising her unwavering efficiency and razor-sharp attention to detail to ensure her projects were delivered successfully.
However, after many years enjoying this work, the allure of coding became too strong. Following its call, she started studying in her free time. After many (many, many, many) nights and weekends, digital courses, and capitalising on her unique advantage to access the braintrust of a wealth of talented developer colleagues, Catherine eventually made the successful transition from Project Manager to Front End Developer.
Catherine loves problem solving, always learning new and improved ways of doing things, and is known to be very thorough – all qualities that put her in good stead as a developer!
A career highlight for Catherine was an Honourable Mention in the prestigious Webby Awards for the Australian Apprenticeships Pathways site.
